My diabetic daughter was admitted to Yellowstone. She was there for 2 days and they refused her insulin and testing of blood sugar.

She was in ketoacidosis by the time she found a way to get out.

it is complete medical negligence. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau website they got a D-.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: Portland, Oregon

I would just like to point out that if you actually go to the BBB website (http://www.bbb.org/sdoc/business-reviews/alcoholism-info-and-treatment-centers/yellowstone-recovery-in-costa-mesa-ca-10004****/) Yellowstone Recovery actually has an A+ rating.

Yellowstone Recovery is not a Medical Facility. We do not treat diabetes patients who use needles, but we do not turn them away immediately.

Sometimes these women arrive in a very drugged state.

We give them a bed for the night, a courtesy we offer without any fees.

On the second day we contact family or refer them out to other programs.

Yellowstone has opened its doors to over 5000 women in the last 18 years.

Our fees are the lowest in Orange County. We scholarship many of them.
